We're hiring a Media Buyer to independently own and optimise paid Meta campaigns across a portfolio of IDD clinic clients, managing in excess of £30k/mo in combined ad spend.

This is a performance-first role. You'll be managing real budgets, hitting real targets, and making proactive decisions that directly impact client results. You won't be waiting to be told what to do, you'll be the person who spots an issue, acts on it fast, and communicates it clearly.

We also expect you to actively use AI tools to work smarter, automating repetitive tasks, improving analysis, and getting more done across your accounts without sacrificing quality.

You'll work closely with the Founder and other team members to keep campaigns performing and clients growing.
