Media Buyer

BoostBookings is the UK's leading digital marketing agency for clinics offering IDD Therapy - a life-changing treatment for chronic back pain. We run ads, book consultations, and help clinics grow. We're a lean, creative team scaling fast, and we're looking for a hungry media buyer to work directly with the founder, own our paid campaigns, and help build a marketing engine that scales.

IDD Therapy is a non-surgical spinal decompression treatment that helps people suffering from chronic back pain and disc problems. It's a life-changing treatment that many patients turn to after years of pain, and our job is to help the clinics that offer it reach more people who need it.

As our media buyer, you'll be running campaigns that drive patients to these clinics, so understanding what the treatment is and why it matters will be a big part of the role. Don't worry if you've never heard of it before. We'll walk you through everything.

We're not looking for someone who already knows everything about our niche. We're looking for someone with the drive, work ethic, and analytical mindset to learn fast and deliver results. Hands-on media buying is the core skill we need - everything else we will teach you.

• Solid hands-on experience running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns end-to-end
• Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager - you know your way around the platforms
• A real drive to learn, grow, and work hard - this matters more to us than a long CV
• Analytical thinker who can read the data and make confident decisions, not just launch and hope
• Excited by AI tools and how they can speed up research and creative testing
• Organised and proactive - able to manage multiple campaigns and clinics without hand-holding
• This is not a micromanagement style of work - you'll be trusted to own your campaigns and deliver results
